Before we start please bear in mind that each cricut can be different, what works for my machine may not work for yours. Always run a test before making any projects
Visit my Cricut home page and cut out all your parts. https://design.cricut.com/landing/profile/61885f9fce8cbd26112567e4 The sections in pink are external sections and the pieces in green are all internal sections.
You will also need heavy woven fusible stabilizer if you are making this from cotton . You will bond this to the lining section of the pouch.
What you need:
Fabric 7.5″ x 9.5″ external
Fabric 7.5″ x 9.5″ external
Binding 1 1/2″ x 7 1/2″ x 2
Binding 1 1/2″ x 5″ x 2
Binding 1 1/2″ x 3″ x 4
heavy woven fusible stabilizer 7.5″ x 9.5″ adhere to the internal
HTV vinyl for pressing to the external section of pouch
#5 zipper at least 9″ long
Cut all the pieces off on your cricut maker the two rectangles are fabric and the design is vinyl.
Adhere the design with your cricut press if you have one the settings that cricut suggests is
Holographic Iron on, base material cotton 100%
Using the cricut pressing mat. 330 degrees F for 30 seconds. Pre heat cotton on pressing mat for 5 seconds. Firm press and slowly remove liner when cool to the touch.
once you have pealed off the plastic liner after cooling, Place the External and internal fabrics wrong sides together and quilt some lines in between the vinyl pieces in order to keep the external and internal sections together.
Attach the 1 1/2″ x 7 1/2″ binding pieces to each end of the 7 1/2″ accessory pouch.
I use zipper tape, if you are using a regular zipper cut ends and pull zipper completely off. sew each end separately. Teeth facing up and external pouch facing up with excess tape on either side. Sew the tape on the back holding it together then sew again closer
to the zipper. Complete for both sides.
With internal fabric facing you fold each side to the centre, Put pull back on. Turn inside out and make sure your zipper is in the center

Stitch into place both ends of the pouch. Then attach 5″ binding to each end
Still working on the wrong side, draw four 1″ squares on all corners of the pouch.
Cut then push opposite sides together and sew. do with all four corners
Turn everything right sides out and your pouch is finished
